Mobile Print machines only print in black & white. If you want colour printing, stop in the Digital Print & Design Centre during office hours and they can print your document in colour.

You can scan in colour or greyscale, and to multiple file formats as well.

You have two options. Either

  1. Follow the instructions for Print a Website (above)
  2. Download the documents you want to print, and either Email them, or Upload using Web Upload, or print using your Smartphone (instructions above)

For all the Mobile Print options, your document has to be print ready. It will automatically print as many pages as are in the document. If you only need certain pages, make sure they are the only pages in the document.

In the EveryonePrint app for your smartphone, you have the ability to print multiple copies.

For other methods, send the file to print more than once. The default setting is that the printers will only print one copy of your document.

When you press print, you have 24 hours to pick up your print job. You will get an email 2 hours before your job expires to remind you to pick up your job. After 24 hours, the print job will be removed from the printers and you would have to resubmit your print job.
