The UMSU Board of Directors consists of elected students from all faculties, colleges, and resident student associations, as well as five elected community representatives. All undergraduate students that are members of UMSU are welcome to attend Board meetings and have full speaking rights.

The UMSU Board meets regularly – once per month in the summer, and bi-weekly in the regular Fall and Winter terms session. Meetings are open to all students, with the location noted on the meeting agenda.

Board Minutes can be found here after they are accepted and approved by the UMSU Board of Directors, usually after the subsequent Board meeting. Previous year’s minutes and executive reports are available by sending a request to Governance Executive Assistant, Carly Frey, at cfrey@umsu.ca.
