Hello Student Associations & Student Clubs,
My name is Tom Tran and I’m the new Services Coordinator for UMSU Student Clubs. Nice to e-meet you and be working with you all in the next year!
For the 2021-2022 academic year, we will be implementing some new changes:
- Assembly of Club Executives (ACE) and Board of Senior Stick (BOSS) Meetings will be combined together.
- This combined meeting will be called Student Executive Assembly (SEA) Meetings. (It’s simple but it gets the point across)
- For the Fall 2021 Term, we will be planning to host virtual SEA Meetings every 3rd week of the month (Sept – Nov, December skipped).
- For the Winter 2022 Term, we will be planning to continue to host these meetings every 3rd week of the month (January is tentative, Feb – Apr).
To determine the best day and time for everyone, please vote in the Doodle poll sent to your emails (sent to recognized / renewed clubs and associations). If you have not received it, please reach out to us via email.
Each club and association must send one representative to the meeting. We will try our best to get everyone in together but if you cannot attend, please let us know!
