Club Resources
UMSU Clubs are a huge part of student life at the University of Manitoba. From promotion to event support and funding, UMSU is here to help your club succeed.
This page is dedicated to current UMSU Club executives and members, offering resources, tools and support to help you run your club effectively.
We’re still building this page! More club resources will be added soon. If you have any questions please reach out to studentclubs@umsu.ca
Events & Meeting Rooms
UMSU Clubs have exclusive access to a variety of spaces in Helen Glass Centre, the 5th Floor of UMSU University Centre and a Multi-Purpose Room on the 1st Floor of UMSU University Centre.
Spaces are available Monday to Friday and can be requested here.
You can also request rooms at the University of Manitoba’s Fort Garry and Bannatyne campuses for non-academic activities.
Table Booking
UMSU Clubs can book free tables on the 1st floor of the UMSU University Centre to promote their activities and connect with students. Spaces fill up quickly, so clubs are encouraged to book as far in advance as possible. Free tables are intended to support club‑focused promotion and may be used to:
- Promote your club’s mission, initiatives and activities
- Recruit new members
- Share information about club‑run events
- Display club‑created materials or merchandise
