A Message from the Vice President Internal:

University of Manitoba Students’ Union (UMSU) is proud to release the 2016/2017 UMSU Budget. On April 28th 2016, UMSU Council passed the 2016/2017 UMSU Budget prepared by then Vice President Internal Zach LeClerc, The budget since then has been revised by Vice President Internal Adam Pawlak and passed by UMSU Council on October 13th, 2016. This budget is a strong tool to demonstrate a year of efficiency and stability. Please see the link below for the complete budget. UMSU Student Organization fees 2016/2017

The following is a breakdown of all Student Fees assessed by UMSU.  If you have any questions regarding these fees or this information please feel free to contact the UMSU General Office located at 101 University Centre.

Student Fees for 2016-2017

 *If you are a UMSU Member in the Fall term you will pay a total of $292 for Health and Dental Coverage for the entire year. If you begin classes in January you will pay $194.67 for coverage for the remainder of the year. 

UMSU Health and Dental Plan
The UMSU Health and Dental Plan was introduced for all full-time students in September 2002. The fee schedule is found on the Health and Dental Fees page.
