Reporting to IQ’s Manager, the Shift Leader will be responsible for welcoming customers, informing patrons of daily specials/ new items, answering questions, accepting orders and payments.
In addition, the Shift Leader will be preparing food, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea and serving items to customers. The Shift Leader is also responsible to ensure that IQ’s objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs, core values and mission of UMSU.
