AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.
AIESEC Manitoba has been around for over 50 years. We have 5 separate portfolios that members can join: Marketing, Finance, Talent Management, Incoming Exchange and Outgoing Exchange. We recruit new members in September, January and a small amount in May.
We send students and young people from Manitoba to countries across the globe through our three different programs: Global Volunteer, Global Entrepreneur and Global Talent.

Global Volunteer is a program that enables youth to develop themselves through practical volunteer experiences in cross-cultural environments tackling projects that directly contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. These experiences last from 6 to 8 weeks and can start anytime during the year.
Global Talent is an internship experience for young people seeking to develop themselves and their career. Expand your horizon by developing your professional career in a global setting. Experience a new environment and work culture, while adapting to local life in another country. These experiences last from 3 to 18 months and can start anytime during the year.
The Global Entrepreneur program allows youth to develop themselves by interning with a start up abroad. Work to propel start ups in marketing, sales, fundraising, administration and other fields. Develop a global perspective and understanding of educational systems abroad.
Our programs allow you to grow and develop through practical experiences and learning-by-doing. An intense cross-cultural environment allows you to increase your self-awareness and solution orientation, improve communication skills and develop a global mindset. Become the best version of yourself!
