Nepali Students Association (NSA)

Nepali Students’ Association (NSA) is a group of ethnically Nepali and/or Nepali speaking undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Manitoba. It aims to provide necessary help to make the students’ stay meaningful. NSA has the following major objectives:

-to promote close relations, better understanding, and co-operation among its members and other University of Manitoba students
-to serve as a liaison between the University of Manitoba Students’ Union administration, the Graduate Students’ Association, and other associations
-to advise students about undergraduate and graduate-program procedures, jobs, awards, accommodations and other opportunities
-to promote Nepali culture and heritage at the University of Manitoba
-to foster friendship, goodwill, and understanding between the Nepali speaking students and people of Canada and other nations
