The purpose of OPUS is
1) to provide a support network for undergraduate physics students,
2) to promote interest in the study of physics, both within the student body and within the general populace,
3) provide opportunities for members to gather, study, and socialize.
Membership in OPUS is open to anyone with an interest in physics. OPUS members are entitled to use of the OPUS space and facilities, and participation in OPUS related events.
