Indigenous Students' Month

This is the 4th annual Indigenous Students Month here at the University of Manitoba. A way to highlight the Indigenous community at the University through various activities, uplifting Indigenous student groups like MUSA (Métis University Student Association), UMISA (University of Manitoba Indigenous Students Association), MILSA (Manitoba Indigenous Law Student Association), UMICS (University of Manitoba Indigenous Commerce Students), UMICE (University of Manitoba Indigenous Concerns on the Environment), and many more.

It is also a way for University of Manitoba students to continue their learning about Indigenous peoples outside of the classroom. Attending the events that will be put on by not only the UMSU Indigenous Students Representative but other student groups as well. Keep an eye out on your social media for more to come!

Celebration & Market

The University of Manitoba Students' Union (UMSU) and the University of Manitoba Students' Association and Women's Council (UMISA) are hosting an Indigenous Students' Month Celebration & Market! We would like to showcase Indigenous culture and celebrate the community we have in Manitoba.
